Giants' Evan Engram avoids active/PUP list to start training camp
New York Giants tight end Evan Engram will not enter training camp on the active/PUP list.
Engram, who is working his way back from Lisfranc surgery, has been out on the field doing some work. Avoiding the active/PUP list is a good sign, but Engram still has a ways to go to get back to full speed. When asked how quickly he (Engram) will be fully ready to go, head coach Joe Judge said "we'll see".
Engram is the TE4 in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings. His projection includes 67.2 receptions (110.6 targets), 775.4 yards, and 5.3 touchdowns.
