Raiders pick up De'Mornay Pierson-El
Free agent wide receiver De'Mornay Pierson-El has signed with the Oakland Raiders, the team announced Thursday evening.
What It Means:
Pierson-El participated in training camp with the Raiders in 2019 before being cut after participating in all four preseason games. Following his release, he which joined the XFL's St. Louis BattleHawks, a team and league which are now defunct. Pierson-El also briefly played in the Alliance of American Football in the spring of 2019.
In five games for the BattleHawks, Pierson-El had 23 catches for 209 yards and 2 touchdowns.
