Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Josh Reynolds is "on track" to join Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp as a full-time starter, writes Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times.
Klein believes Reynolds is the favorite ahead of second-round pick Van Jefferson to replace Brandin Cooks as the Rams' third receiver. The 2017 fourth-round selection has experience filling in as a starter from when Cooper Kupp or Cooks missed time in recent years. Reynolds has never had more than 6 catches or 80 yards over 48 career games.
Reynolds set a personal-best with 15.5 yards per catch last season, ranking 17th out of 198 players with at least 20 receptions. He ranked ahead of only Gerald Everett in numberFire's advanced per-target receiving metric among Rams' receivers and tight ends with at least 10 targets.
