The Chicago Bears have officially agreed to a one-year deal with defensive tackle John Jenkins.
Jenkins will play his second stint with the Bears after logging a career-high 449 snaps last season. The 30-year tackle should play a role on early downs after logging 59% of his snaps on running plays in 2019.
In 19 career starts, Jenkins has produced 46 solo tackles including five for a loss.
