Vikings take flier on Iowa passer Nate Stanley at No. 244
The Minnesota Vikings have selected Iowa quarterback Nate Stanley with the No. 244 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
What It Means:
Kirk Cousins is the leading man in Minneapolis, and he will be for a while thanks to his massive contract. The Vikings also have Sean Mannion and Jake Browning under contract, making Stanley's fit into the grand scheme something of a question mark.
Last season, Stanley threw for 2,950 yards with 16 touchdowns and 7 interceptions, earning an 87.1 overall grade from Pro Football Focus.
