Jets reportedly re-sign quarterback David Fales

The New York Jets have reportedly signed quarterback David Fales to a one-year contract.

What It Means:

Fales will return for an opportunity to compete as the Jets' top backup quarterback behind starter Sam Darnold. The 29-year old is most known for his familiarity with Adam Gase's offensive system after previously spending time with the polarizing head coach in Miami.

On 48 career attempts, Fales has produced 31 completions for 287 yards and one touchdown.
