Kenyan Drake reportedly keeping things in Arizona next season

Arizona Cardinals running back Kenyan Drake signed his transition tag, reports Adam Schefter of ESPN.

What It Means:

Drake took over as the Cardinals' lead back in the second half of last season and that will carry into 2020. He averaged 101.8 yards from scrimmage and 17.0 touches while totaling 8 touchdowns in eight games for the Cardinals after being acquired from the Miami Dolphins. Drake turned 26 in January.

Drake averaged 18.2 FanDuel points with the Cardinals, making him the RB4 from Weeks 9-17. Per numberFire's models, among backs with at least 150 carries, Drake finished 3rd in Rushing Net Expected Points (NEP) per carry and 8th in Rushing Success Rate. According to Football Outsiders, Drake also finished 3rd at the position in Defense-adjusted Value Over Average (DVOA) in 2019.
