Former Washington Redskins quarterback Colt McCoy has agreed to terms on a contract with the New York Giants.
This is McCoy's fourth stop in the league, heading up north to New York after four seasons with the Redskins after stops in Cleveland and San Francisco. The 33-year-old joins a quarterback room consisting of 2019 first-round pick Daniel Jones and backup arm Alex Tanney.
McCoy played just one game in 2019 - a Week 5 start against the New England Patriots - in which he went 18-of-27 for 122 yards and an interception. For his career, McCoy has thrown for 6,080 yards with 29 touchdowns, 27 interceptions and a 4.85 average net yards per attempt.
