Atlanta Falcons running back / fullback Keith Smith has agreed to a three-year extension.
According to McFadden, Smith should play a role in Atlanta's new approach towards a balanced attack or focus towards the run game. Expect the 28-year old back to see the field on special teams and some offensive packages.
In 16 games last season, Smith produced 21 scrimmage yards on six total touches.
