Houston Texans wide receiver Will Fuller (hamstring) is active for Week 16 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
What It Means:
Carlos Hyde is also active, giving Deshaun Watson a mostly corps of weapons. Steven Mitchell and Keke Coutee are inactive, however.
