Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston (thumb) is expected to start in Week 15 against the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
Winston received the green light after visiting a hand specialist on Monday. He's tied for second in the league in touchdowns (26) and passing yards (4,115) while also leading the NFL in interceptions (23). The Lions are allowing the third-most passing yards per game this season (276.5).
