Schefter: Redskins "not optimistic" Chris Thompson (toe) plays in Week 12
Washington Redskins running back Chris Thompson is unlikely to play on Sunday in the team's Week 12 game against the Detroit Lions, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Thompson was able to return to practice this week after sitting out nearly two months, but it doesn't seem that he's ready to make it back on the field for game day. The team isn't optimistic he'll be able to suit up, but the door hasn't completely shut just yet.
Our models currently project Thompson for 14.8 rushing yards, 15.3 receiving yards, 0.2 total touchdowns and 4.8 FanDuel points.
