Austin Hooper (knee) could return to Falcons practice this week
Atlanta Falcons tight end Austin Hooper (knee) could return to practice this week, per head coach Dan Quinn.
Quinn says Hooper (knee) is "trending in the right way" after sitting out Sunday's 29-3, Week 11 win over the Carolina Panthers. The tight end was reportedly expected to miss "about a month" and it's only been a week, so a return after one game seems unlikely. The Falcons face off with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 12.
Luke Stocker and Jaeden Graham combined for 2 targets in Week 11 with Hooper sidelined. The Bucs are allowing the second-most FanDuel points per game to tight ends this season (14.7).
