Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson was forced out of Thursday night's game against the Cleveland Browns.
Johnson suffered a concussion after a very hard helmet-to-helmet hit from Damarious Randall, who was ejected from Thursday's game. Johnson was visibly bleeding from his ear and seemed very disoriented, and he could be in the concussion protocol for a while.
Before exiting, Johnson had two catches on four targets with 17 yards receiving.
