Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner (shoulder) was a full participant again at Tuesday's practice.
Conner remains on track to play in Thursday night's Week 11 game against the Cleveland Browns after sitting out the last two contests. Jaylen Samuels will revert to a complementary role while Conner takes back over workhorse duties against a defense giving up the sixth-most rushing yards per game (134.9).
