Austin Ekeler logs 8 touches for Chargers in loss
Los Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler rushed 6 times for 19 yards and caught 2 passes (2 targets) for 29 yards and 1 touchdown in a 26-24, Week 10 loss to the Oakland Raiders on Thursday night.
Melvin Gordon out-touched Ekeler 23-8 and the targets are a season-low. He did manage to find the end zone through the air for the third time in four games, but this was also the third time in the last five that Ekeler was limited to single-digit touches. The Chargers will host the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night in Week 11.
Ekeler scored 11.8 FanDuel points on Thursday. He has 340 rushing yards (3.8 per carry), 559 receiving yards (9.8 per catch), 57 receptions (62 targets), and 9 touchdowns this season.
