Jets reportedly bringing on Josh Adams from practice squad
The New York Jets are signing running back Josh Adams from the practice squad, per Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News.
Le'Veon Bell underwent an MRI on his knee Monday, so this may be a sign the Jets are concerned about his availability for Week 10 against the New York Giants on Sunday. Adams joins a backfield that also includes Ty Montgomery and Bilal Powell.
Adams rushed 120 times for 511 yards (4.3 per carry) and 3 touchdowns in 14 games for the Philadelphia Eagles last season.
