The New England Patriots have traded defensive end Michael Bennett to the Dallas Cowboys for a pair of draft picks, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Bennett was having an issue fitting in with the Patriots, as he was suspended one game for a disagreement with a coach. Nobody is allowed to go against authority in New England and get away with it, so the writing was on the wall for a potential Bennett move. The Patriots will receive a 2021 seventh-round pick.
In six games this season, Bennett has four tackles and three sacks.
