Raiders' Derek Carr taking pride in the run game heading into Week 7
Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr discussed his role in the Raiders run game with reporters this week. Carr said "I've always taken pride in the run game but when Coach Gruden got here it went to a different level. We have plays where I can get to four or five different runs off just one thing he says in the headset and that takes a lot of detail."
What It Means:
Carr's enthusiasm for the run game has benefited the Raiders but hasn't done much for his FanDuel points as he is averaging just 12.9 per game.
