Sammy Watkins (hamstring) ruled out again for Chiefs Week 7
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Sammy Watkins (hamstring) has been ruled out for Thursday night's Week 7 game against the Denver Broncos.
Watkins was listed as a limited participant at practice this week, so he seems to have a solid chance of returning in Week 8 against the Green Bay Packers. The absence creates more opportunity at wide receiver behind Tyreek Hill for Byron Pringle, Mecole Hardman, and Demarcus Robinson.
The Chiefs face a Broncos defense in Week 7 that is 4th in the NFL in receiving yards allowed per game (207.5).
