Panthers' Christian McCaffrey scores 2 touchdowns in Week 6 victory over the Buccaneers in London
Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey rushed 22 times for 31 yards and 1 touchdown in a 37-26 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in London. McCaffery also added 4 receptions for 26 yards and 1 touchdown on 5 targets in the passing game.
McCaffrey struggled to gain yards on the ground and through the air against the Buccaneers, mirroring the issues he had against them in Week 2. Despite the low yardage, McCaffrey was his usual impressive self, juking multiple defenders on his receiving touchdown and fighting for extra yardage to get over the goal line on his rushing touchdown. The most valuable player in fantasy has a bye in Week 7 before facing the San Francisco 49ers in Week 8.
McCaffrey is in the midst of an MVP-level season and now has 618 rushing yards, 7 rushing touchdowns, 305 receiving yards, and 2 receiving touchdowns through six weeks.
