Philadelphia Eagles coach Doug Pederson said it's "trending toward" running back Jordan Howard getting more carries without Darren Sproles (quad) in the coming weeks.
Darren Sproles is considered week-to-week, leaving the Eagles' backfield to Howard and rookie Miles Sanders. Given Pederson's comments, it seems like Howard will get the majority of the work.
Howard has rushed for 149 yards and 3 touchdowns on 28 carries over the past two weeks.
