Michael Gallup (knee) not ruled out for Cowboys Week 5
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Gallup has not been ruled out for Week 5 against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, according to team owner Jerry Jones.
"I’m not ruling it out Sunday," Jones said. "We got to see how he does out there [in practice this week]." After leading the Cowboys with 15 targets through the first two weeks, Gallup underwent a meniscus trim that forced him to miss the last two games. Randal Cobb and Devin Smith haven't been able to fill the void, so Gallup's return would be a boost for the offense at home versus the Packers.
The Cowboys face a Packers' secondary in Week 5 that has given up the fewest FanDuel points per game to opposing wide receivers this season (17.5).
