Los Angeles Chargers running back Melvin Gordon has been declared active by the team for its Week 4 game against the Miami Dolphins.
Following a training camp holdout that lasted through three weeks of the regular season, Gordon is read to step back onto the field. He reported to the team on Thursday, and three days of preparation is apparently enough to get him into football shape. He won't play a large role in his first game back, but his presence alone will eat into the workload of Austin Ekeler and Justin Jackson.
Our models project Gordon for 18.4 rushing yards, 16.0 receiving yards, 0.3 total touchdowns and 5.9 FanDuel points.
