Washington's Jordan Reed expected to return this season
Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed is expected to play again this season according to Jay Gruden.
Reed was diagnosed with a concussion in Week 3 of the preseason and has not played since. Reed has a long history of concussions, with seven documented cases in his college and pro career. There was some speculation that he might consider retiring, but it seems that isn't the case and the Redskins are preparing for his return at some point during the season.
Assuming a return in Week 6, numberFire's models expect Reed to record 30.7 receptions for 287.2 yards and 1.82 touchdowns this season.
