Ben Roethlisberger will have full Steelers' playbook available Sunday

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (shoulder) will have the full playbook available to him for Sunday's Divisional Round game against the Denver Broncos, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

What It Means:

Rapsheet notes Roethlisberger's arm won't be at full strength, which is understandable given the beating he took last week against the Cincinnati Bengals. However, Roethlisberger was a full participant at Friday's practice and played well enough to draw praise from teammates wide receiver Martavis Bryant and fullback Will Johnson. With Roethlisberger at less than 100 percent, we'd expect the Steelers to rely heavily on short passes. Running back Fitzgerald Toussaint was targeted eight times against Cincinnati and should see a similar workload Sunday against Denver.

Our algorithm projects Roethlisberger to finish the Divisional Round with 251.74 passing yards, 1.38 touchdowns, and 0.94 interceptions, as well as 2.95 carries for 10.36 yards on the ground.
