According to head coach Kyle Shanahan, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jalen Hurd "could return to practice next Monday."
After missing the first month of the season, Shanahan finally revealed on Monday the rookie was dealing with a hairline fracture in his back. Even when active, look for Hurd to be utilized in a wide receiver rotation.
For the 2019-2020 season, numberFire's models project Hurd to produce 14.7 receptions for 169.0 yards and 1.3 touchdowns.
