Joe Flacco disappoints in Broncos debut
Denver Broncos quarterback Joe Flacco completed 21-of-31 passes for 268 yards and 1 touchdown in a 24-16, Week 1 loss to the Oakland Raiders on Monday night.
What It Means:
Flacco failed to engineer any scoring drives in the first half, but he somewhat got things going after the break as the Broncos scored on four of their final five possessions. Things are unlikely to be much better in Week 2 versus a Chicago Bears defense that just limited Aaron Rodgers to 203 passing yards in the opener.
Flacco scored 14.8 FanDuel points in Week 1. numberFire's models expect him to score 13.3 FP versus the Jags, at a cost of $6,400. He's the QB32 in our Week 2 fantasy rankings.
