Josh Doctson not a lock for Washington's 53-man roster
Washington Redskins coach Jay Gruden said wide receiver Josh Doctson is not a lock for the team's 53-man roster.
With Doctson not suiting up for the final preseason game on Thursday, it appears this is more coachspeak from Gruden. The fourth-year receiver is likely to start the season in DC with the only caveat being the club is rumored to be actively shopping the wideout. Doctson has struggled in his first three seasons in the league after being taken with the 22nd overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft but remains one of the more talented receivers on a thin wide receiver crew in Washington.
numberFire's models project Doctson as the WR70 in fantasy this season with 40.0 catches, 534.7 yards, and 2.5 touchdowns.
