Texans 'not hopeful' Keke Coutee (ankle) will be ready for opener
Houston Texans coach Bill O'Brien said he is "not hopeful" wide receiver Keke Coutee (ankle) will be ready for Week 1.
Coutee returned to practice on Monday but apparently did not do much. With the Texans all but ruling him out for the season opener, it is safe to consider the receiver doubtful for Week 2 as well. DeAndre Carter or Vyncint Smith is likely to serve as the Texans' number-three wideout in Week 1.
Not factoring in the injury, numberFire's models had Coutee projected for 56.1 catches, 621.4 yards, and 4.1 touchdowns in 2019.
