Buccaneers' Ronald Jones has swelling in knee

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Ronald Jones has been dealing with swelling in his knee this week, per Jenna Laine of ESPN.

What It Means:

Jones returned to practice on Tuesday for the first time since the Buccaneers' second preseason game last Friday, so it appears to be a minor issue. The 2018 second-round pick has received praise from the team's new coaching staff this summer, but Dare Ogunbowale has been making some noise of late and could become a factor if Jones' injury lingers.

Jones is the RB42 in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings. Our models expect him to rush for 564.0 yards and 3.89 touchdowns, with 21.4 catches for 128.2 yards and 0.42 touchdowns.
