Demaryius Thomas activated from PUP list by New England
The New England Patriots activated wide receiver Demaryius Thomas (Achilles) from the active/PUP list Tuesday.
Thomas suffered an Achilles tear in December and made his first appearance on the practice field for the Pats on Tuesday. While he has not been cleared to play in games, the move means New England expects Thomas to be able to play sometime within the first six games of the regular season.
numberFire's models project Thomas for just 12.5 catches, 164.1 yards, and 1.2 touchdowns in 2019.
