Nick Bosa questionable Week 1 for 49ers
San Francisco 49ers first-round defensive lineman Nick Bosa (ankle) is questionable for Week 1, per comments from general manager John Lynch.
What It Means:
Bosa was diagnosed with a high-ankle sprain on Wednesday. "We won’t see in the preseason and we’ll go from there," Lynch said, indicating Bosa may not be ready for Week 1. The 49ers selected Bosa with the second overall pick in this year's draft.
Assuming Bosa is ready for Week 1, numberFire's models project him for 40.9 tackles and 1.1 sacks this season.
