Philadelphia Eagles running back Jordan Howard's work in the passing game earned praise from offensive coordinator Mike Groh.
Groh specifically praised Howard for his ability to pass protect. Second-rounder Miles Sanders has been climbing up the Eagles' depth chart, but Howard is likely going to carve out a role for himself. He was acquired from the Chicago Bears in late March for a 2020 sixth-round pick.
Howard is currently the RB43 in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings. Sanders is our RB29.
