Ezekiel Elliott and Cowboys reportedly not close to an extension
Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is reportedly not close to an extension.
According to NFL Network, the Cowboys and Elliott are still in disagreement with "everything" and are not close to an extension. Expect the star running back to train in Cabo until his holdout ends. In the meantime, look for the Cowboys to utilize Tony Pollard and Alfred Morris in the preseason.
For the 2019-2020 season, our models project Elliott to produce 1,518.8 rushing yards and 11.9 touchdowns on 326.5 attempts and 81.1 receptions for 570.5 yards and 2.9 receiving touchdowns.
