Josh Freeman, Ryan Lindley sharing Colts practice reps

Indianapolis Colts quarterbacks Josh Freeman and Ryan Lindley handled the "lion's share" of the first-team reps at Colts practice on Wednesday.

What It Means:

This seems sub-optimal at best. Freeman recently resigned with the team after a brief stint at the beginning of the season. With Andrew Luck, Matt Hasselbeck, and Charlie Whitehurst all hurt, the Colts are simply out of options.

This would likely make the Colts' offense unusable in what would otherwise be a terrific fantasy spot. The Tennessee Titans rank 30th in Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points per play. Our projections have Freeman starting and passing for 209 yards on 29 attempts (7.21 yards per attempt) with 1.19 touchdowns and 0.85 interceptions.
