The Atlanta Falcons released right tackle Ryan Schraeder.
Schraeder became expendable after the Falcons re-signed right tackle Ty Sambrailo and added left guard James Carpenter and right guard Jamon Brown on multi-year contracts. He started 13 games last season before being replaced by Sambrailo. Schraeder turns 31 in May and will likely get a chance elsewhere.
Schraeder spent six seasons in Atlanta after signing as an undrafted free agent out of Valdosta State.
