The Houston Texans signed defensive back Tashaun Gipson, formerly of the Jacksonville Jaguars, reports Dianna Russini of ESPN.
Gipson will help make up for the departures of Tyrann Mathieu and Kareem Jackson. Despite being released by the Jacksonville Jaguars last week, Gipson should be a positive for Houston's secondary. He turns 29 before the start of next season.
Gipson picked off 5 passes and knocked down 14 over the past two years.
