Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive end Jacquies Smith (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 13.
What It Means:
Buccaneers' defensive tackle Gerald McCoy (questionable, hand) is "not likely to play," per beat reporter Greg Auman. Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan dropped 397 yards and two touchdowns on the Bucs in Week 8, and it may be worse this week with even less push up front than usual.
The Buccaneers' defense ranks 25th in the league in Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) on a per play basis.
