Saints starting Teddy Bridgewater in Week 17
New Orleans Saints quarterback Teddy Bridgewater will start in Week 17's game against the Carolina Panthers.
Bridgewater will make his first start since 2015 after head coach Sean Payton labeled him as the first-string quarterback for Week 17's matchup against Carolina. In a new role as a starter, our models project Bridgewater to throw 1.1 touchdowns against a Panthers' pass defense rated 23rd overall.
Bridgewater's projection includes 11.3 completions for 126.7 passing yards.
