Lamar Miller (ankle) 'trending upwards' for Texans
Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller (ankle) is "trending upwards," head coach Bill O'Brien said.
Miller was held out of Sunday's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, so with the AFC South title there for the taking, the Texans may opt to have the veteran back active for a Week 17 matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Miller is averaging 11.3 FanDuel points over 13 games this season, with 917 yards and 4 touchdowns on 113 carries and another 163 yards and 1 touchdown on 23 receptions (33 targets).
