Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner could (ankle) play Week 15 versus the New England Patriots without practicing, offensive coordinator Randy Fichtner said Thursday.
"He's played a lot," Fichtner emphasized. Conner has missed both practices to start the work week, making it unlikely he suits up for Sunday's matchup, but this could wind up being a game-time call. Jaylen Samuels started last week and logged 18 touches.
Taking the injury into account, numberFire's models project Conner for 11.1 touches and 10.3 FanDuel points at a cost of $8,300 on Thursday.
