Kelvin Benjamin signs with Kansas City Chiefs
The Kansas City Chiefs have signed wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin to a one-year deal.
What It Means:
Benjamin was released by the Bills on Tuesday and went unclaimed on waivers. After visiting the Chiefs on Thursday, he signed a deal that will make him a free agent once again in March. He provides depth insurance for the Chiefs as Sammy Watkins deals with a foot injury.
Through 12 games with the Bills this season, Benjamin has caught 23 passes for 354 yards and 1 touchdown.
