Todd Gurley was limited by ankle injury versus Chiefs
Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley was limited by an ankle issue against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night, head coach Sean McVay said.
Gurley rolled his ankle injury early in the game but will be fine moving forward, per McVay. That helps explain why Gurley saw a season-low 15 touches in the 54-51 shootout. The Rams are on bye this week, so Gurley should be well rested for a Week 13 matchup with the Detroit Lions.
Gurley is averaging 25.1 FanDuel points per game this season. He has 1,043 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns and 441 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns on 43 receptions (56 targets). He leads all running backs in numberFire's season-long fantasy rankings.
