Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner (concussion) said he was a full participant at Wednesday's practice.
Conner said he feels good heading into a Week 11 matchup versus the Jacksonville Jaguars. He's benefitted from extended rest after suffering a concussion in last Thursday's beatdown of the Carolina Panthers.
