Matt Breida racks up 132 yards, 2 touchdowns for 49ers
San Francisco 49ers running back Matt Breida rushed 17 times for 101 yards and 1 touchdown and caught 3 passes (4 targets) for 31 yards and 1 touchdown in a 27-23, Week 10 loss to the New York Giants on Monday night.
The 20 touches are a new season-high for Breida and it was his first 100-yard performance since Week 3, as the second-year back appeared healthy and refreshed after playing through knee and ankle issues over the previous six games. The 49ers are now on their bye before a Week 12 matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Breida scored a season-high 26.7 FanDuel points in Week 10. He has 113 rushes for 632 yards and 3 touchdowns and 15 catches (18 targets) for 124 yards and 2 touchdowns through 10 games. Looking ahead, Breida is currently the RB23 in numberFire's season-long fantasy rankings.
