Sam Darnold (foot) out in Week 10 for New York
New York Jets quarterback Sam Darnold will not play on Sunday in the team's Week 10 game against the Buffalo Bills.
What It Means:
There were reports that Darnold could be active to back up Josh McCown, but the rookie will be sidelined. Davis Webb was promoted from the practice squad to serve as a backup.
In nine games this season, Darnold has 1934 passing yards with 11 touchdowns, 14 interceptions, and 61 rushing yards with a touchdown.
