Neal Sterling (concussion) placed on Jets' injured reserve
New York Jets tight end Neal Sterling has been placed on the injured reserve due to suffering a second concussion.
What It Means:
Sterling's season is now over, and it was an unfortunate one at that for the veteran. Due to a pair of concussions, he missed four games prior to being placed on IR.
In five games this season, Sterling had six catches for 47 yards on eight targets.
