Saints' Cameron Meredith needs knee scope, done for season
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Cameron Meredith has been placed on injured reserve with a knee injury and will not return this season.
Meredith tore his ACL in the same knee last season. He played in just six games for the Saints after signing a 2-year, $9.6 million deal this past offseason. Head coach Sean Payton said the injury led to the signing of Dez Bryant.
Meredith finishes the season with 9 catches (10 targets) for 114 yards and 1 touchdown.
