Steve Johnson leads San Diego in targets, receptions and yards
San Diego Chargers wideout Stevie Johnson caught 7-of-10 targets for 92 yards and one touchdown in the Chargers' Week 12 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
In the three games since Keenan Allen (kidney) went down, Johnson has seen a team-high 28 targets. He doesn't do a lot with them yardage-wise, but Johnson remains a big part of the offense in the red zone and scored from five yards out on Sunday.
Johnson finished the win with 7.72 Reception Net Expected Points (NEP). We have Johnson projected as receiver No. 21 the rest of the way, for fantasy purposes. The matchup is rough in Week 13, though. San Diego hosts the Denver Broncos, who sit first in Adjusted Defensive NEP per play.
